AI consulting,
grounded in the right problem.

LocalPixel helps professional-services firms assess AI readiness, improve revenue workflows, and plan a practical first step. We look at your people, processes, and tools, then recommend where to simplify, automate, introduce AI, or leave the work as it is—with a clear report and a path to implementation.

For consulting, legal, and engineering firms, we focus on the work between lead intake, qualification, proposals, client onboarding, and delivery handoff—not a generic maturity score.

Clarity you can
take forward.

A reviewed recommendations report explains what to improve, why it matters, and what a sensible next phase could include. It can be a standalone engagement or the first part of a bundle covering implementation and support.

We build many workflows and apps directly and coordinate specialist support when needed. Training can be delivered through a suitable provider.

Explore workflow automation

Start where
your team is ready.

Sometimes the best recommendation is a clearer process or a better use of existing software. We assess fit before committing to an AI build.

Where human review belongs

A few useful answers.

How is this different from a generic AI readiness score?

We trace a real workflow, the systems and information it depends on, and the people responsible for each decision. The result separates useful AI opportunities from simpler process fixes, conventional automation, and work that should stay human-led.

Can we buy the assessment on its own?

Yes. The assessment has its own report and recommendations. You can use it independently or bundle it with an agreed implementation, enablement, or support phase.

How much time does discovery take from our team?

We start with structured input from a leader and someone who knows or performs the work. We use focused follow-up conversations when there are important gaps, rather than requiring interviews with everyone.

Will everyone see our survey responses?

Individual responses stay private to LocalPixel by default. The client receives a reviewed synthesis. Any sharing of attributable responses is agreed separately.

Do you provide training and implementation?

We diagnose learning needs and can recommend or coordinate a training provider. LocalPixel builds many workflows and apps directly, with specialist support where needed. Responsibilities are agreed for the project.

Bring the bottleneck.
We’ll help find the way forward.
